Update - Gcc Summit

We're looking at moving things to late May at the moment and should have
a firm date very soon.

One thing we really need to try to determine is how many people would be
interested in attending, both on the GCC (whole compiler collection)
development side, and the GCC users side to allocate space.

If you think you'd be interested please drop me an email and I'll
attempt to extrapolate numbers based on the responses I get.
