H8300-elf Cross compiler

Hi All,

Is it legal to give the default 
target with a -mint32 option.

Like say, if there is a source 
file a.c, can I give :
h8300-elf-gcc -mint32 a.c

The manual does not seem to 
point that it is wrong.
