c99status.html - split up per release?

Hmm? Joseph already did that some time ago:

  gcc/wwwdocs/htdocs% find . -name c99status.html
  ./c99status.html
  ./gcc-3.3/c99status.html
  ./gcc-3.0/c99status.html
  ./gcc-3.1/c99status.html

(I assume there are some links or notes missing somewhere, so that you
missed this.  If you have any patches to fix those, that'd be certainly
appreciated.)
