You both have much more patience than I do; this thread has been going
straight to the 'delete' bin ever since I logged in and saw that the
"thread tree" was one long line, straight down.

It's hard enough to decode and mentally reorganize the output of
-fdump-translation-unit.  There's no excuse for needing to do the same
thing to email.
