fstream attach for g++3.2.1

Hello All:

I ran into a problem when migrating g++ to 3.2.1.

I used to use fstream.attach(FILE *fp) to write
outputs to an opened file pointer.

But g+=3.2.1 doesn't support/have fatream attach(),
What is the alternative for that ?
