The RTL-VRP code?  I don't think it's under active development
(I haven't seen any posting from John in a while).  You might
contact him directly to see where things stand.

I think we had some minor differences in how we thought it ought to
work, but nothing drastic.  Of course there were also the compile-time
issues since I my recollection was that it was a traditional iterate
iterate iterate until you reach a fixed point solution.
