build gcc 3.2.2 on Cygwin

Hi - I've compiled gcc 3.2.2 on cygwin-1.3.20-1.

It compiled fine, no problem.  My previous compiler was gcc 3.2, which was the version that came with the Cygwin install I did no 2003/2/10.
