Thanks.  I think there is potential problem in my code that it removes
ureachable instructions (these may happen when scheduler is executed
on chain with dead instructions), so I am just testing patch to not
remove these and instead construct unreachable basic block.  In case it
works, I will send a patch with this and update IA-64 to insert the nops
at right place after returning from the trip.
