call for testing un uglified vcg 1.3

Here are the uploads of the new version of vcg

That contains the unuglified code (the author sent this to me)
there should be nothing more in the way of having a FREE and GPL
compatible replacement for GraphViz.

I cannot wait any longer, we need to start working on this.

Sander, the original author said that I can do what I wish with his
patches,so here they are. The program passes the basic tests.

Anyone who is interested, please test this version, we will be adding
in RDF support and a GTK gui.
