You haven't really said what is wrong here.  You said z got the wrong
value, but you didn't say what that value was, or why it was wrong.  You
said the assembly is wrong, but you didn't say why you think it is
wrong.  I don't see anything obviously wrong with the RTL or assembly. 
All I can do is guess.  Maybe the dpadd (aka adddf3) function is
miscompiled or missing?  See <http://gcc.gnu.org/bugs.html> for info on
reporting bugs.
