GCC bootstrap failure on i586

Ok, implemented now a feature that on every bootstrap failure changelogs are
compared to the version of the last successful build and all additional
entries are sent with the report.

I think this is even more useful than just showing the last entry.

Note that failure reports that are sent out tomorrow will not yet have
valuable information for cvs HEAD branch, because the feature obviously needs
some persistent data from the last successful build but the last build did
fail (as you know).
