C-programming tutorial and reference

I have begun a C-language tutorial and reference.  You will find the
first thirty pages or so of it at

Two questions, please:

1.  Has anyone else done this job yet?  I asked around here about three
years ago and was advised that someone was supposedly working on it, but
having as yet seen no work product from them, I finally have just
started the job, myself.

2.  Is a C-language tutorial and reference even of interest to the GCC
project?
