Thumb in CSiBE benchmark

Dear all,

We added the ARM Thumb target to the CSiBE benchmark:
http://sed.inf.u-szeged.hu/csibe/

Unfortunately, results are available back to only Oct.31,2003 because 
the test bed compiles only after this date with the daily snapshot of 
the mainline. No results for baseline compiler version are available 
either. All targets compile fine with the yesterday's version :)
