Import zlib-1.2.1 into 3.5 since 3.4 is at stage 3?

zlib-1.2.1 has been released :-  http://www.gzip.org/zlib/ .
Is this planned for import into 3.5, since 3.4 is at stage 3?
Should also test --with-system-zlib with 1.2.1 installed.
