Will tree-ssa be GCC 3.5?

As long as Fortran 95 works well, why should the funding party care
how long it takes for the rest of gcc to reach release quality?  Just
use the CVS snapshot you did all your testing on.  The FSF's release
schedule need not be of any concern, AFAICS.
