By the way, just in case it was not clear to people, I have exactly the 
opposite situation. I do work for (in fact am founder and president of)
such a company (Ada Core Technologies), and it is from that perspective 
that I was writing my messages.

I am not sure that my company specifically would respond to a tender in 
this area, most likely not, so I was not speaking of a specific 
commercial opportunity for ACT, but rather just speaking from the 
general perspective of a company used to signing contracts with specific 
schedules and performance guarantees for gcc-related software.
