GCC-3.2.3 prerelease, 1st iteration

Bootstrap broken on sparc-sun-solaris2.5.1 (regression from GCC 3.2.2) and 
install broken on multilib sparc-sun-solaris2.[7-9] for some systems (not a 
regression from GCC 3.2.2).

I should quickly have solutions for both.
