I'm willing to help with the tricky bits.  I'd like to see
all systems using glibc 2.3 migrate to DT_INIT_ARRAY.

How much time can you put into this?  There are a whole
sequence of cleanups I'd like to see in this area.  If
I give you direction can you implement them?
