reg_overlap_mentioned_p does not handle ZERO_EXTRACT

When compiling testsuite/gcc.c-torture/compile/simd-5.c on ia64 with -O2
the mainline compiler aborts in reg_overlap_mentioned_p because it is
called with

(zero_extract:DI (subreg:DI (reg:V2SI 344) 0)
    (const_int 32 [0x20])
    (const_int 32 [0x20]))
