GCC site mirroring broken (again)

It seems the mirroring of http://www.gnu.org/software/gcc/ from
our main site on gcc.gnu.org is broken again.

As an example, consider http://gcc.gnu.org/develop.html#future
versus http://www.gnu.org/software/gcc/develop.html#future .

While former says "Last modified 2003-03-26", the later claims to be
"Last modified 2003-03-28" but does not contain those changes the
gcc.gnu.org site already has -- namely the removal of release dates
for GCC 3.3 and GCC 3.3.1.

The repository at anoncvs@subversions.gnu.org:/cvsroot/gcc seems to
be up to date, so this looks like a problem on the web server itself.

Would you mind having a look at this?
