I think that (inappropriate) comment misses the point. No one is suggesting
any company change the name. What Richard is suggesting is that this is a
good opportunity to educate someone about two important facts.

I definitely agree. It is not a matter of kicking up a stink here, merely
taking an opportunity to point out these facts.
