Something seems to be wrong here, what exactly are you looking for.
Cas even if one can change the file format headers to make it look like an 
executable, it won't run in windows, cas the system calls, the conventions 
for dynamic linking, memory map for a process, etc. etc. or rather most of 
the things change.
