Linux Kernel 3.5.49-ac1 built with GCC 3.2.1 on Red Hat Linux 8.0

It's no fun just building gcc unless you can do something interesting with it.
I just used it to build Linux kernel 2.5.49, with Alan Cox's patch. Here's the
output from uname -a:

Linux titan 2.5.49-ac1 #14 Mon Nov 25 23:04:41 EST 2002 i686 athlon i386
GNU/Linux

The system came up kind of squirrelly, but it did come up (and into X).
