GCC 3.2.2/GCC 3.3

The GCC 3.2 branch is now open under the normal branch commit
policies.

The GCC 3.3 release branch will be created shortly, but I would like
to get more of the high-priority regressions fixed there before we do
that.  Once the GCC 3.3 branch is created, we can merge BIB back to
mainline.

Therefore, if you can, please fix a mainline regression or two.
