error while "make bootstrap-lean"

Hello Sir,

	
	while integrating a language-front-end to Gcc,
	we are getting the following error while make bootstrap-lean
	,during stage1_build.
 	
	make[2] *** no rule specified for target
	            <language-name>.generated-manpages, needed by
		    lang.generated-manpages.
	

Please tell us:

[1] why this error is...,??

[2] what to do...??
