libffi for ia64

Nope.  The libffi in the gcc repository is the current version.  The
old libffi repository is basically defunct.

As far as I know the IA-64 support works, at least well enough for
libgcj to use it.  But as Jim says, it isn't used all that much.  I
think your best bet is to try it and see.  Does the libffi test suite
work on your platform?
