Undocumented source files

The following compiler source files have been added since 3.2 without
documentation being added to passes.texi.  Could the people who added
those files please remedy this before 3.3 branches?  (Documenting any
other undocumented source files that have been there longer is also
welcome.)

c-dump.c
c-pretty-print.[ch]
et-forest.[ch] (comments claim it is part of libiberty, moving there may 
    be the right fix)
genautomata.c
genconditions.c
gengtype.c
ra-build.c
ra-colorize.c
ra-debug.c
ra-rewrite.c
ra.[ch]
tracer.c
