libffi for ia64

IA-64 support was added a while ago.  As far as I know, it should still be
working.  This support was added before the compiler had 80-bit long double
support, so the long double support is broken.  Otherwise, it should work.
There aren't many people doing IA-64 work though, so it doesn't get much
testing.

You are right, but it isn't clear if this is a bug or not.  This is a bug
only if something is not working correctly, and you haven't reported anything
broken.
