3.2.1 installed on hppa2.0w-hp-hpux11.00

I've installed GCC 3.2.1 on an HP/UX system, which config.guess calls
hppa2.0w-hp-hpux11.00.  The bootstrap compiler was HP's C compiler,
whose version string is "HP92453-01 A.11.01.00 HP C Compiler".

There are a lot of failures.  Most are due to known limitations with
weak symbols on HP/UX, but there are some others that should be
looked at by HP/UX experts, I think.
