ARM not using .file/.loc

I noticed this the other day in config.gcc:

    insn="nop"
    ;;
  ia64*-*-*)
    insn="nop 0"
    ;;
  esac

Any reason we shouldn't just add 'arm*-*-*' to the insn=nop case?
