and let us know which form to send to you:  request-assign.changes
or request-assign.future.  Whoever you're working with on GCC code can
probably advise you better.

Once you let us (or me) know, I or someone else can send you the request
form.  Fill that out, send it to the FSF, and they will send you the
resulting papers.
