What's happening to SPEC's 164.gzip/176.gcc/254.gap??

Take a look at the daily tester.  That one does confirm only gap
problem, so I guess this is kind of configuration change, but I really
have not idea what kind of.  Perhaps rebooting the machines would help
:)
