gcc-64 20021111 broken on HP-UX 11.00

This is in fact a GNU ld bug.  If you use chatr, you will see that gengenrtl
is an incomplete executable and has dependencies on shared libraries.
ldd should list the dependent shared libraries.  It does if you build using
the HP linker.
