INSTALL suggestion

Hello

I suggest to add a file INSTALL/interface.html

and a link to this file in INSTALL/index.html

Which would explain:

a) interface the GCC interacts with user. Which visible programs are created,
   which directories, and what are the files good for

b) How to remove already installed GCC when compiling it manually on
   Linux (not redhat, debian, or suse, but LINUX).
