Hi,
we've created hammer-3_3-branch.  The purpose of the branch is to
provide stable compiler for x86-64 producing fast code.  It will be
based on gcc-3.3 CVS version, synchronized regulary and we will add
some extra optimizations we consider safe and effective from gcc-3.4 CVS
and rtlopt branch as well as fixes that has not been aproved for
mainline yet.  All fixes will hopefully go into gcc-3.3, so I hope
gcc-3.2 and gcc-3.3 will be already stable enought for normal use on
future x86-64 systems.
