criteria.html for 3.2.1?

I'd prefer this one (perhaps with a small sentence explaining that 3.2.x
are made from what originally was the 3.1-branch).

Actually, we can just use what you (Janis) wrote. ;-)

+The GCC 3.2 release is based on the the same sourcebase as GCC 3.1
+and differs from GCC 3.1.1 only in a number of C++ ABI fixes.
+Because of this limited scope, the release does not have separate
+release criteria.

Is one of you going to commit this change?
