Installation of 3.2 on a totally clean system

Hi,

This is my absolute first build of gcc for cygwin and
I have the following comments on the g77 build, there
were two libraries missing and one include directory
not created as follows...

The two libraries
i686-pc-cygwin/libf2c/.libs/libg2c.a
i686-pc-cygwin/libf2c/libfrtbegin.a
did not install

so cd into i686-pc-cygwin/libf2c and make
install failed since the
/usr/local/lib/gcc-lib/i686-pc-cygwin/include directory
did not exist. So,
mkdir /usr/local/lib/gcc-lib/i686-pc-cygwin/include

make install worked but the g77 compiler still failed since
both the libg2c.a and libfrtbegin.a were put into the
/usr/local/lib but they need to be placed into the
/usr/local/lib/gcc-lib/i686-pc-cygwin/3.2 directory

then it worked.
