Missing Ada/GNAT documentation?

Hello,
the document on
http://gcc.gnu.org/onlinedocs/gnat_rm/Implementation-Defined-Pragmas.html

refers to a "GNAT Pro High-Integrity Edition User's Guide" for using 'pragma
No_Run_Time' statement.

Do I have to buy it from ACT?
Or can I download it somewhere?

PS: I ask, because I'd like to know how the stack pointer initialization is
    handeled when using 'pragma No_Run_Time'.
