I hate to get into a grammar discussion, but this is incorrect: it's
modifying "worst" which is an adjective. We write "totally cool"
in English, not "total cool".
In "beautiful blue eyes" beautiful modifies eyes, because we could write
"beautiful eyes, blue eyes" and convey the same information. But we can't
write "absolute case" here.
