GCC 3.2 OpenBSD3.2

gcc 3.2 compiles successfully on OpenBSD 3.2, as you can guess from
looking at /usr/ports/lang/egcs/stable on your OpenBSD system.
It appears to be working just fine on a variety of platforms, but since
you didn't bother mentioning the architectures, I'll surmise you're one
of those less bright guys that thinks the world is an i386... :-/

To bootstrap it completely on i386, you need an Ada compiler---the binary 
packages for gcc 3.2 and gnat-3.2 are conveniently available from 
ftp.openbsd.org.

There are known issues, being worked on.

In my opinion, the most annoying one is that Java doesn't work, because
there are issues to solve with boehm-gc vs. dynamic loading on OpenBSD.

We do now have (in OpenBSD-current) a more up-to-date, fixed port of
boehm-gc 6.1, which alledgedly works good enough for OpenCM.
I haven't gotten around to applying it to gcc yet.
