While that won't solve the problem with the web interface, you might
want to give $prefix/bin/gccbug a try (and, in fact, you'll probably
feel much more "at home" with that one anyway, won't you? :-) )

PS: Just a very wild guess, but does the web form work if you omit the
single quote in your name? (That would be embarrassing.)
