In unwind-dw2-fde-glibc.c, there is almost the exact same code as in
config/ia64/fde-glibc.c. It's also ia64 specific, even though it's placed in
the gcc dir.
Why are both files there? It doesn't seem like the gcc/unwind... file is used
at all anyway. Should it be removed?
