I have to admit I'm rather un-experienced on HP-UX, but you need to
use an option/variable setting that's equivalent to

   -Wl,-rpath,/opt/mehdi/gcc11/lib

or

   export LD_RUN_PATH=/opt/mehdi/gcc11/lib

This works on non HP-UX systems such as Linux or Solaris. Perhaps
you should dig in your ld.so and ld manpages.
