question about POOMA (integration test for 3.1 release criteria)

The POOMA build and test guide at
http://gcc.gnu.org/gcc-3.0/pooma-guide.html (not at gcc-3.1 as linked)
says to run the script tester.pl, but that file does not exist in
pooma-2.3.0.tgz.  There are two entries for POOMA in the list of
integration tests at gcc-3.1/criteria.html, but they both link to the
same tarball, which is the same one that is linked from the gcc-3.0
criteria.html.

Is the tester.pl script available somewhere?  If someone provides it
or updates pooma-guide.html with simple instructions for building and
testing POOMA, I'll try it out on ia64-unknown-linux-gnu with the
current GCC 3.1.
