gcc 3.1 and MTL testing

Hi,

On the gcc 3.1 release criteria page:

The MTL (Matrix Template Library) is listed:
http://www.osl.iu.edu/research/mtl/

I had to patch the source to get rid of some
warnings and some errors, and I submitted the
patch back to the MTL developers:

I managed to successfully compile MTL with:
gcc version 3.1 20020302 (prerelease)
Configured with: ./configure --prefix=/opt2/gcc3.1 --enable-shared --enable-threads --enable-languages=c,c++ --enable-checking

i586-pc-linux-gnu

binutils-2.11.90.0.8-9
