sparcv9 update

Last night 3.1 on sparcv9-sun-solaris2.8 bootstrapped and regtested with

env CC='cc -xarch=v9 -xildoff' ../configure sparcv9-sun-solaris2.8

After updating this morning, it fails with the message

Bootstrap comparison failure!
objc-act.o differs

Yesterday and today 3.2 bootstrap fails with the same configure, with the message

onfig -I../../gcc/../include ../../gcc/reload1.c -o reload1.o
../../gcc/reload1.c: In function `choose_reload_regs':
../../gcc/reload1.c:5968: Internal compiler error in ?, at flow.c:602
