See http://gcc.gnu.org and the "Download" in the left column. From there
you can choose "Releases" download and "Snapshots" download and find som
information about "Binaries" alreday built for som systems that you can
download.

 If you're a living on the edge guy, I suggest you look into the
"Development" parts and especially the "CVS read access" thereunder.
