KDE and gcc 3.1

Hello,

I have not seen any mention of how KDE has fared with the 3.1 branch. Will 
KDE be one of the release criterion? IMHO, it is probably the most important 
piece of software which didn't work with 3.0, and it would be a shame if gcc 
3.1 didn't fix that. A quick look at GNATs shows only 1 open KDE PR (5440) 
and that's on the 3.0 branch, so perhaps it has been already fixed?
