Viewing/printing SGML docbook sources

Hi,
Could you please tell me what application I should use to view/print
SGML/docbook sources on the Windows platform (I use Win2k)? I am referring
to this link on the GCJ site: http://gcc.gnu.org/java/papers/cni.sgml
