Absolutely.  :-)

In this case, there are 3 possibilities of how the C headers and
the C++ headers interact.  It is determined by configure options fed
to libstdc++-v3.  You can run its "configure --help" and look over
libstdc++-v3/docs/html/configopts.html for more.
